About the Team
The global pre-owned luxury operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce pre-owned luxury business globally.

With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in the US/SG/HK/EU, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Define pre-owned luxury goals, priorities, and successful metrics; build a mechanism and scale improvements that can benefit a larger set of merchants, and provide a frictionless seller experience with the XFN team, including products, data, governance teams, etc.
2. Build the pre-owned luxury infrastructure to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sale, on-sale, and after-sale.
3. Implement and track metrics to record the success and quality of the merchants. Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
4. Work autonomously and think strategically in an ambiguous environment, and understand business problems, scaling factors, and boundary conditions.

**Qualifications**:
1. 5+ years experience in content-based e-commerce/retail business; mixed experience in both platform side and seller side is highly preferred.

2. Experience defining, developing and leading projects.
3. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
4. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and strength in problem-solving.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, able to collaborate in XFN to influence stakeholders.
