About the team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop.
We are looking for an E-commerce Moderation Process Excellence Project Manager, lean and sharpen our team's operation processes and make recommendations to improve our overall moderation quality.
To be successful as an Moderation Process Excellence Project Manager, you should be able to understand complex data sets, identify shortcomings or opportunities, multi-tasking and participating in different projects; most importantly, you should be able to build and optimise our current operational procedures, using advanced lean process methodology to standarlise and improve our QA functions in order to improve overall e-commerce moderation quality. Meanwhile, work very closely with management and/or cross-function team to get the project done before deadline.

**Roles&Responsibilities**:
1. Overall responsible for building and optimising our current operational procedures, using advanced lean process methodology to improve our QA functions in order to improve overall e-commerce moderation quality;
2. Overall responsible for standardlising, leaning and sharpening current workflows (including offline/online QA activies, RCA analysis or other regular QA analytics), outputing and documenting all workflows/SOPs and cascading to different QA teams globally;
3. Responsible for evaluating the priority of different projects and promoting projects as the process-professional;
4. Follow up the local QA operational works, support the operation effect and give optimization suggestions through process improvements;
5. Working closely with the training team and QA team leaders, gathering issues/blockers and resolving them through advanced process methodology;
6. Participate in different projects, brainstorming, identify shortcomings or opportunities, give certain suggestions from a process-pro point of view.

**Qualifications**:
1. BA/BS degree and above in a business field or equivalent practical experience; graduate degrees in science, mathematics, computer, digital marketing or survey-based research methods are a plus;
2. 2+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred;
3. Possessing Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean processes & continuous improvement methodologies;
4. Excellent communication skills; able to write required documents in English and communicate globally;
5. Have a strong learning ability and curiosity;ability to pick up domain knowledge in new areas quickly; can lead a small project team to support business;
6. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
