Join us as a Office Administrator for our Early Learning business based in Australia. While the business is based in Australia, this role is based in our Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full spectrum of payroll processing of over 100 staffs, include lodging of PAYG, Superannuation payment, Calculation of payroll tax [state by state], Long Service Leave, etc.
- General bookkeeping duties such as AP, AR and reconciliation of accounts for several Early Learning businesses.
- Stay afloat of Australia's government rules and regulations on payroll and finance matters.
- Lodgment of BAS and all Australia's financial taxes.
- Liaison with vendors and accountants.
- Day to day administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Well versed with Australian accounting standards will be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of XERO accounting software
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated individuals

Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Payroll management: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
