- Keen interest in research and evaluation of new learning technologies and solutions (LMS, LXP, LCMS, AI-driven tools etc.)
- Research and establish relationship with new technology partners while maintaining relationships with key existing technologies/ solution partners.
- Work closely with sales team to understand clients’ learning needs and propose suitable technologies and solutions to achieve desired goals.
- Work with sales team to engage client’s IT and learning leads to uncover needs, requirements and prepare budgetary quotes.
- Prepare learning solution proposal and RFP/ITQ responses and budgets based on RFI/RFQ/RFP/ITQ requirement.
- Conduct tailored demos and presentations to clients and key decision-makers aimed at achieving desired learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Customer Success, and Implementation Teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate good understanding of edtech technologies and solutions, learning science concepts, learning transformation concepts, learning pedagogy etc.

**Qualities We Value**
- Diploma/Bachelor (preferably in IT related domains).
- 5 years experienced working with educational technologies, learning transformation projects.
- Skilled using office productivity tools (MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word etc.).
- Meticulous and sensitive with numbers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
