A Presales Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the company's solution strategy and supporting the full sales cycle from both a technical and business perspective. This role oversees the presales team and works closely with sales, product marketing, and partner teams to architect and position compelling, technically sound, and commercially viable solutions for prospective and existing customers. The Presales Manager is expected to balance strategic planning with execution, maintaining technical credibility while building customer trust and enabling business growth.Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of presales consultants in delivering high-quality solution support to the sales organization. Develop and maintain scalable presales strategies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals and market demands. Act as the technical and solution authority during sales engagements, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal creation. Partner with sales leaders and key stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies and proactively uncover new business opportunities. Review and refine solution proposals and RFx responses to ensure quality, coherence, and alignment with customer needs. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and long-term success. Stay ahead of technology trends in telecommunications, AI, networking, and cloud infrastructure to guide solution innovation. Requirements:• Experience & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; advanced degrees are a plus. 6 to 8 years of experience in presales or solution consulting in the telecommunications, data analytics, artificial intelligence or cybersecurity domain, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of mobile networks (EPC, IMS, 5GC), virtualization/containerization (NFVi, Cloud), and emerging domains including AI/ML-based solutions, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Practical experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning in areas such as network optimization, predictive analytics, or customer experience will be an advantage. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value client engagements across APAC region. Professional certifications in relevant fields are highly desirable. Skills and Personality: Inspirational leader with strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful presales frameworks and processes. Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Highly adaptable, analytical, and resourceful in fast-changing environments. A passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation, and their potential for business impact. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel regionally at short notice.
