**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other executives, including managing their calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Assist with HSA registration and other benefits-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, making arrangements, and managing logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments within the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the Managing Director's decision-making process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
