Your role will involve organizing international and domestic travel arrangements, handling visa applications, coordinating high-level meetings, managing small-scale events, overseeing corporate gifting, maintaining the MD's calendar, managing correspondence, and liaising with internal departments and external partners. Additionally, you will need to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.To excel in this role, you should have at least 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a global corporate environment. Proficiency in international travel logistics, visa processes, and planning international events is essential. You must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, a strong understanding of global business etiquette, and the ability to work under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this position. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. The role demands professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, global business environment.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
