**Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Responsibilities**:
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify the right talent for our organization
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and confidential resolutions
- Promote a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and goal-setting discussions
- Support managers in identifying training and development needs for employees
- Stay updated with employment law and regulations to ensure the company's compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits when necessary
- Administer employee benefits programs, health insurance, leave management and other perks
- Research and identify applicable grants for organization
**Office Management**:
- Assist to look for office space as required by management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies and equipment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Generate and manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Prepare and verify payment for purchases.
- Any other adhoc assistance as required by the management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
