**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in **relevant field of F&B Operations and Management**:

- Minimum **5-7 years of experience**in food production, central kitchen, especially in **soups, sauces, stocks, pastes, meals, food processing.**:

- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of food processing machinery and equipment.
- Familiarity mínimally with **ISO 22000 Food Safety**standards.
