We are hiring for Front Office Application Support, to join our team, supporting the Global Markets Fixed Income Application.

This role serves as a key focal point for customer/client/associate experience, owns the restoration of complex or major production incidents under tight SLAs, and drives root cause and problem resolution follow-up.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for Front Office users, managing queries and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Manage and resolve incidents within defined SLAs; perform root cause analysis and drive problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support production releases and changes.
- Identify manual tasks and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Management processes.
- Perform Start-of-Day (SOD), End-of-Day (EOD), and Start-of-Week checks.
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them with mínimal or no business impact.Identify opportunities for automation and automate manual tasks being performed by the team

**Requiremements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Production Support within the Fixed Income Application Support domain.
- Shift work is required to support APAC hours, with rotating weekends once a month
- Hands-on experience on Unix platform and Unix commands.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and commands.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace.
- Experience in Incident and Problem Management.
- Understanding of Fixed Income products.
- Shell, Python, VB, or PowerShell scripting knowledge are highly advantageous
- Tableau experience.
- Experience with ANSIBLE, TOSCA.
