**Strong IT background on popular technologies like J2EE / WebSphere / SQL / Oracle / MQ / Linux / Windows / shell scripting**
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills**

**Excellent problem solving and analytical skills**
**University degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent**
**Experience with core banking system/Workflow system preferred**

**What you can expect**

**What you will do**

**Liaison with multiple teams to support production incidents including business impact assessment, technical resolution, engagement, and communications**
**Implementation and adherence to bank incident, problem, and change management procedures**
**Schedule production release, prepare implementation plan, and hold the release review meeting**

**Perform production release and coordinate production healthy check**
**React on system monitoring alerts and systems events, and prioritize based on the impact**
**Continuously make improvement on platform stability and operational excellence**

**Support on Regulatory/audit activities**
