We are seeking an Application Production Support professional to manage support activities for Olympic (Core Banking) and related systems. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, end-user queries, and maintaining system reliability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate teams following established procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and positive relationships with users.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and roadmap targets.
- Maintain and update knowledge articles.
- Support disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP) exercises, and patching cycles.
- Basic troubleshooting skills on AS400 and Unix.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis.
- Familiarity with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- 7+ years of experience in IT production L1/L2 support within the banking industry.
- Knowledge and experience with banking products such as investment instruments, corporate actions, loans, deposits, remittances, and foreign exchange.
- Experience with Olympic banking system is a strong advantage.
