**Preferred Qualifications**
- Work as a key member in JAPAC HR Services.
- Work with other regional process counterparts, partners, stakeholders, Country HRs, Business HRs, HR Privacy & Security, and Audit teams.
- Offer support on Background Checks for the entire JAPAC region, by acting as liaison between internal parties and external vendors
- Place background checks requests with the external providers
- Work closely with the external providers to ensure background checks are completed on time
- Evaluate background investigation results and together with internal organizations (_Employment Legal, Compliance and Ethics_) determine applicants' eligibility for employment based on Oracle’s policies.
- Work with vendors to understand products, services and individual background check situations in order to improve the quality of the process’ output
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations require a review of a variety of factors
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Assist others using your own expertise
- Perform additional related tasks and duties as needed
