The HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers in HR-related matters. They will play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate HR services, including employee onboarding/offboarding, data management, and benefits administration. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, while continuously improving service delivery through process optimization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

**Location: Bras Basah (walkable distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bencoolen MRT)**

**Duration: 2 Year Contract (renewable)**

**Salary: Up to $5000 (salary depending on experience)**

**Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver day to day HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfer, assignments, work pass, employment certification letters) to be completed within service level agreements (SLAs)**:

- **Identify pain points / issues timely by undertaking regular reviews**:

- **Support process improvement initiatives proactively in order to deliver high HR service standards and value adding enhancements to employees**:

- **Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including various outsourcing service partners to support daily operations**:

- **Provide consistent advice and support on relevant HR process to Business Unit (BU) HR teams/ Global HR Operations Team and individual employees**:

- **Effectively resolve queries and issues flagged to HR team**:

- **Maximize the effectiveness of team work within the HR Operations Team by supporting team leads & or other team members**:

- **Dare to step out of your comfort zone to go beyond your scope to find workaround alternatives and solutions**:

- **Organize engagement campaigns online and offline based on employees’ needs
**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor degree holder in Business, HR or related discipline**:

- **Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in HR and able to understand general HR policies, work visa procedures and current best practice for APAC countries**:

- **Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy, be proactive, detail minded, and manage confidential information**:

- **Strong in communication skills, customer service mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- **A good team player and ability to work under pressure and work at appropriate level of over time to meet challenged timeline requirement**:

- **Ability to speak and read English and Mandarin as have to liaise with China counterparts**:
