The Associate Analyst, HR Advisory role is a pivotal position within our client support framework. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the delivery of client inquiry responses and taking the lead on initiatives aimed at developing new intellectual capital. This could include supporting the establishment of a self-service Advisory digital platform. In this role, you will leverage the HR Inquiry CoE processes & procedures and collaborate with the Manager HR Advisory at GDC and the HR CoE Leader to identify areas for continuous improvement. Reporting to the India GDC Sr. Director, you will work in close partnership with the Global Research Center (GRC) located at GDC, Hyderabad.Your primary duty as the Associate Analyst will be to manage and fulfill inquiries from clients and liaise with our Global Research Center (GRC). Additionally, the role may involve research activities and client support. Some of the key responsibilities include:- Advisory Delivery (HR Inquiries): You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating with the GRC, reviewing and preparing material, and managing Inquiry Intellectual Capital. Standardizing and maintaining client responses to serve as a source of Intellectual Property for future inquiries and consulting support will be crucial.- Research Support: As required, you may conduct external and internal research to support client inquiries or research papers and performance studies.- Client support: Assisting in client delivery and supporting client events like webinars, forums, and on-site presentations.You will have the opportunity to work directly with Senior advisors and HR Subject Matter Experts, contributing to the delivery of valuable insights and support to clients. The role offers exposure to diverse initiatives and an environment where continuous learning is encouraged.Preferred qualifications, experience, and skills include:- 0-2 years of research & consulting experience in HR and/or Shared Services- Proficiency in HR areas such as Total Rewards Planning & Administration, Staffing Management, Workforces Administration & Strategic Workforce Planning, Enterprise & HR Systems & Architecture, HR Shared Services, Organization Design & Governance, Digital HR, Data Management, Reporting, and Compliance- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in presentation skills- Ability to develop new frameworks and models across various HR topics- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel- Problem-solving capabilities addressing business strategies, information requirements, process, organization, and technology- Experience working effectively within a virtual team with minimal supervision- Creativity in developing solutions and value propositions- Ability to derive insights from data analysis and research- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing presentations based on findings- An MBA with a major in HR from a leading Business School is a mandatory requirement.Join us as part of a team that delivers substantial value and seeks individuals eager to challenge themselves and grow within a supportive environment.,
