Roles & Responsibilities Summary Of The Position
  • Provide general HR services/support to the HR team
Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to employees.
  • Provide support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, training, staff communications, performance and talent management, employee relations.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary and title changes, and contract extensions/renewals.
  • Ensure background checks for new joiners are completed within the probation period and track probation and contract expiry dates.
  • Handle work passes and related matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers, communicating with employees and immigration authorities.
  • Coordinate staff mobility issues, liaising with immigration, relocation, accommodation, tax, and other vendors.
  • Manage performance appraisal documentation and assist with salary adjustments and bonuses.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, conducting interviews, liaising with institutions, and onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures by assisting in developing and revising HR policies and systems.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders and assist in HR projects, including data analytics on recruitment and turnover trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Good academic background, growth mindset, detail-oriented, with HR experience, IT skills, preferably from the financial services industry.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize, and manage time effectively; adaptable to change.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and integrity.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information and compliance awareness.
Legal And Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including Singapore-specific policies and anti-fraud measures.
  • Maintain necessary knowledge and complete mandatory training to stay qualified for the role.
