The Role of an HR Analyst in Transformative Services


Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of HR Analyst. This role plays a pivotal part in the development and implementation of transformative HR services, processes, and systems.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise to enhance the HR Shared Services Center, collaborating with IT and HR teams to improve key HR processes and system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, generating custom reports for HR analytics, compliance, and decision-making, as well as providing support to HR teams and employees on HRMIS usage.


This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who excels in analysis, problem-solving, and communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and written skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.


To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a semi-conductor industry, and demonstrate good understanding of HR practices and operations.
