About this role

We are currently seeking a seasoned expert in workforce transformation to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences for our clients.
  • Deliver quality client service and provide insightful solutions
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Lead the team to develop fit-for-purpose employee experience journeys, personas, and roadmaps
  • Craft and deliver HR Transformation solutions based on client needs
Key skills and qualifications
  • Experience in Talent and Organisation with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation, Organisational Change, and Agile ways of working
  • Relevant professional experience with Big 4, global management consultancy firms, or niche consultancies
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required
  • Fluency in another language is a plus but not essential
