We invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing financial services consulting practice in Singapore to expand their financial services industry knowledge and skills.

The KPMG financial services advisory team assists banks and capital market sectors in managing their day-to-day business challenges and developments. We support our financial services clients on multiple diverse consulting projects that include:

- Building Environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework
- Assessing climate risks and opportunities for financial institutions
- Driving ESG Transitions for Financial Services clients
- Change management and project management
- Digital and technology enablement

**This dynamic role, to join a growing and developing team, involves**:

- **Supporting business development activities and managing relationship with external clients**:

- **Working with other colleagues in financial services advisory practice to leverage their expertise and insights**:

- **Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline by championing a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams**:

- **Working with large and complex data sets to deliver actionable project outcomes**:

- **Designing and delivering ESG strategies and sustainability programmes, including policy, procedures, monitoring and due-diligence work**:

- **Coordinating and delivering asset-level sustainability improvements, frameworks and ESG transitions.**:

- **Day-to-day support for the role will be provided by local KPMG staff as well as our wider advisory practice.**

**Personality traits leading to a good fit into the team include independence, being innovative and resourceful in thinking with strong relationship, organisational and presentation skills. A naturally inquisitive mind with an ability to think "outside the box" is preferred with an ability to assess the practical aspects of insurance operations and company management to enable sound and practical recommendations to companies. Teamwork, strong project and client management skills are therefore a necessity.**
- **Possess a recognised degree or relevant qualification**:

- **Have an overall experience of 10 to 15 years of experience in banking/financial services**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG design and delivery for financial institutions**:

- **Possess a good working knowledge of the financial services industry with experience either working in a consulting firm or banking industry**:

- **Have experience in relationship building and project delivery**:

- **Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
