- Your main responsibilities are- Monitoring, leading and developing and maintaining 4-stroke automation and propulsion FS competence and resource optimization according to the market and business requirements and demands
- Securing the delivery of the right skill at the right place and at the right time.
- Securing the job is done first time right
- Job performance to ensure best customer experience
- Ensure the implementation of the processes and tools according to business as ensuring safety for the personnel, Quality of work and that safety and environmental guidelines are followed
- Promote WCI (Wartsila Continuous Improvement) in the processes to improve the customer experience and customer value
- Ensure the teams are structured to ensure smooth decision making, priorities, target setting and simplicity.
- Ensure close collaboration with key internal stakeholder such as sales, project management, OE and QEHSS.
- Take a proactive and active role in developing the 4-stroke automation and propulsion business, ensuring no surprises and informed decision making to ensure success of the Business
- Ensure on time and accurate reporting
