**Our Client**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Check and reply to queries in OSFDR and DFL Fund mailboxes

5) Arrange meetings with applicants to review and refine project proposals

8) Arrange documents for endorsement of projects by Steering committee

9) Arrange physical/hybrid meetings with Steering committee members

10) Support publicity of the Funds to potential fund applicants

11) Assist in publicising awarded projects on company's website and social media

12) Update projects' information and store all important documents in shared drive

14) Conduct desktop research (e.g. cost norms, salary guide)

Requirement:
1) Degree holder in Communications, Business are relevant study

2) Possesses good organisational skills and high attention to detail

3) Writes well and has good verbal communication skills

4) Dynamic and results-oriented team player with strong initiative

5) Is a fast learner and efficient in delivering tasks

6) Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

This is an outsource role.
