- Lead the analysis, review and development of routine inpatient ward clinical workflows such as Patient Admissions, Transfer & Discharge, Ward rounds and inflight activities which support patient’s care, Enhanced Care Area, Isolation Ward, AH-CH Integrated Wards and Pick-Up Lounge, Hospital-Wide: Long-Stayers, Frail Care and Civil Emergency)
- Lead the development of Clinical Services, programs and care paths with clinicians and partners.
- Planning and innovating clinical operations to implement new care models
- Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the care model
- Lead the analysis, review and development of routine inpatient ward non-clinical workflows such as ( Patient On-boarding and communications, Inflight Services Flows and etc.)
- Ensure the smooth execution of the extraction and migration plans and that patient care and staff migration is seamless and hassle-free
- Review design and architectural documents to ensure compliance with inpatient ward service requirements
- Review facilities, equipment and instrument requirements to ensure the compliance to inpatient wards clinical and non-clinical needs
- Lead the planning of medical and non-medical equipment requirements and procurement, and in line with the inpatient services and campus opening plan
- Coordinate and review the fitting out, training, defect, handover, rectifications, installations and supplying of procured equipment and supplies for inpatient wards
- Manpower ramp-up, clinical services plan, staff deployment strategy and facilities management
- Provide ground operations support (incident and fault management, statistics monitoring, leadership walkabouts, staff training and recruitment)
- Coordinate and lead continuous improvement projects to lower ALOS, patient case management and process improvement projects)
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 - 10 years working experience in an operations or service background
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage
- Experienced in leading a team
- Ability to plan, organize and lead a team
