Inpatient Operations Manager

This is a high-level leadership role that focuses on managing inpatient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director and Assistant Director in planning bed demand/inpatient services and implementing infrastructure projects and IT projects.
- Implement Hospital initiatives that transform the way care is delivered to patients, leveraging technology for digitalisation and redesigning jobs for meaningful work.
- Establish and actualise short-term and long-term goals for the team, which are aligned with hospital strategies and priorities.
- Provide guidance and engage staff through clear job expectations, coaching, and counselling.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant workshops/seminars/training and establishing social networks to support the Hospital/Department.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree and above.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at least 2 years in a supervisory position (preferably in the healthcare industry and in a large organisation).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, budget management skills, procurement skills, and good interpersonal communication skills. They will also have good written communication skills, cross-cultural communication skills, nursing skills, and oral & written communication skills.
