An experienced Regional Accounts Director is being sought, to cover APAC-wide Program Management delivery from Singapore. They should be an able practitioner, who will have experience in project or program management, and international capital works.
Reporting to the Work Dynamics Account Director (based in Europe), they will be expected to manage the capital budget and delivery of capital projects through the region and report accordingly.
Additionally, the role will include a global governance function, with the requirement to define governance structures for project and program engagement and ensure that dedicated account staff have all the tools required to manage delivery and drive reporting governance.
Project / Program Operations
Client’s POC in the region for strategy, implementation and escalation for capital works, blending Client’s Global direction with Local Business needs.
Provides accountability to client for the Project Delivery of Client’s real estate portfolio in APAC, from strategy to handover to internal Facility Management team.
Develops annual Capital plan with Client’s CRE lead.
Active involvement during the due diligence / planning stage, providing information and recommendations to Client on budget, program, and procurement route.
Spearhead Client’s process for business approval in the region, review before formal submission into Client’s systems.
Conducts regular update presentations to Regional Client Stakeholders.
Act as a point of escalation, liaising with JLL Country leads to resolve matters in relation to project stress
Review and support the development of effective process / governance frameworks that are aligned with the Global Client team, proportionate and scalable to the needs of the regional business.
Establish and foster strong relationship with key Client Stakeholders (eg: IT and Security) and local Business Sponsors.
Ensure effective implementation of client’s Global Workplace standards and local office requirements and regulations.
Acts as the Product SPOC for the Clarizen Project Management Information System. In conjunction with the dedicated team: Manage, review and administer PMO technology platforms
Identify opportunities to improve and standardise digital reporting
Drive data accuracy globally in close collaboration with the dedicated teams.
Track and monitor project updates on Clarizen by project managers for consistency and data validation
Working with dedicated teams, develop and track KPIs for data quality, consistency and completeness
**Leads the team who manage**: Project Oversight - tracking implementation of NCR Global Workplace standards in project delivery.
Continuous development of process, standards, templates in the region, that aligns with Global direction.
Local project delivery, from engagement of project team to close out
Growth of Account
Meet assigned financial targets covering account sales and key pursuits. Services include Account Management, Project & Program Management and Portfolio Design.
**Demonstrate Strategic Partnering**: Understand the long and short-term goals of client and identify opportunities and resources to maximize performance and outcomes in alignment with the client’s goals
Own and participate with representatives from Client and JLL in the development of the annual business plan covering whole company objectives.
Develop in conjunction with Client and JLL strategic financial plans including initiatives for cost savings over the contract period and ensure client sign-off / acceptance on the same
Identify and examine threats and opportunities with the Client and develop understanding of client relationship with our competitors
Monitor and review account profitability with Business Lin
