**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Payroll**:

- Manage SG payroll and other vendors (where applicable), and centralised payroll reporting from all offices in APAC.
- Upload global payroll reports to Finance system (LucaNet) for Global. (When LunaNet is ready for payroll reports upload)
- Provide Finance an estimation of funds required for all currencies for monthly payroll.
- Ensure all payroll documents are duly signed by authorizers and filed together with all supporting documents (e.g. annual salary adjustments and bonus pay-outs, monthly adhoc changes etc).
- Prepare bank instructions (bank file)
- Prepare and send monthly reports to Finance for reporting all payouts and reconciliations.
- Reconcile month end salaries report between HR and Finance database.
- Prepare final calculations for leavers, separation packages and all related submissions for regulatory filings, as/when required.
- Answer auditors' queries on all payroll matters and compliance to government bodies.
- Initiate and coordinate non-local staff tax returns (locals and non-locals) to payroll vendors annually. Check for all other location as/when necessary.
- Constantly stay informed and educated on government regulations pertaining to the various jurisdictions that Sourceability operates in.
- Work with payroll vendors to ensure full compliance to internal pay dates for all entities in Asia.
- Submission of all payroll related reports to internal and external parties (payroll vendors), government bodies (e.g. MOM, WDA).

**Contracts and Documents**:

- Compile all duly signed documents relating to the above and submit to payroll. File accordingly.
- Prepare all salary/title related & general letters for employees.

**On-Boarding**:

- Create profile of new joinee on HRIS system
- Prepare onboarding form/Checklist

**Off-Boarding**:

- Prepare off-boarding form/Checklist/Final Settlement letter

**Bonus & Other Benefits**
- Manage, record and track other benefits (e.g. LSA, childcare leave, other government paid leaves, where applicable) as per company policy. Ensure proper authorisation and approval for pay-outs.
- Play a strong supporting role to the P&C Manager - Asia in the review and renewal of employees' medical and insurance plans.

***Leave Management**
- Fully manage leave records, maternity claims, paternity claims, childcare leave claims, NS Reservist claims etc.

**Forecast & Budgetary support**
- Aid and support the P&C Manager - Asia in the preparation of the quarterly and annual budget, and the 2-year projection.
- Prepare adhoc payroll and benefits reports as/when needed.

**Miscellaneous**
- Admin on medical and travel insurance claims.
- Administrator for corporate cards.
- Handle all staff enquiries pertaining to payroll and benefits, as/when required.
- Timely completion of regulatory surveys on a needs basis (e.g. MOM surveys) with strong support from the team.
- Registration for government sponsored training programmes as/when available or needed.
- Other ad-hoc admin as required.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of progressively hands on HR Generalist & payroll experience. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in business, HR or a related field or the equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR reporting and comfort in managing stakeholders at regional and global levels.
- Understanding and appreciation of various compensation practices and related nuances across Asia region would be advantageous.
- Ability and keenness on structuring compensation and benefits packages.
- Good understanding of compliance and tax requirements related to payroll and compensation practices. High degree of numerate literacy and proven experience and capability of generating decision support MIS. Comfort level with generating and analysis of MIS reports.
- Proven ability to management multiple simultaneous projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and able to interact with senior management, and all other level of contact.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
