
Inside Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Controlling_
- Responsible as a “Super user” to Dachser Sales CRM tool.
- To support in controlling & regular maintenance of High Quality Customer Data in CRM.
- To support in defining continuous Process and KPIs improvement for Sales Controlling such as Daily Sales Call Report, Qualified Sales Pipeline for target clients, focused Trade Lane / Industry / Sales Campaign etc. are promptly updated in CRM.
- Marketing_
- Responsible for Dachser Singapore Marketing related activities (planning / coordinating / execution).
- To support on local ASL Sales Strategy ie. Focused Trade Lane, Industry & various business development initiatives through efficient Sales & Marketing campaign.
- Managing, Ordering and Inventory Control of Sales & Marketing materials.
- Maintaining up to date Company Presentations, Sales Org Chart, Sales related presentations etc. with quality standards.
- Sales Management Support_
- Preparation of statistics / reportings for Sales Manager.
- Supporting in coordinating Weekly Sales meeting preparation and sales related reportings.
- To perform ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in transport & logistics or international trade.
- 3 years experience in freight forwarding or related industry.
- Possess good communication skills both internal and external customers.
- Good experience in both negotiating and the ability to resolve freight related issues and complains efficiently.
- Passion in selling, highly motivated individual who is sales oriented & result driven.
- Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
