Perform full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes independently in relate to servicing of new and renewal clients’ accounts primarily in employee benefits insurance program.

**You will be responsible for **
- Perform a full client servicing role to employee benefits insurance program managed under the team.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
- Ensure retention and organic growth of clients’ needs including managing new business opportunities and leads
- Ensure timely production of placement/broking slips, comparison tables and policies.
- Work closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently.
- Work in conjunction with the team and management to meet performance goals.
- Assist credit control department to follow-up on premium collections when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Attained all relevant insurance certifications (HI, M5, M9, M9A)

- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
