Evervet Veterinary Clinic would like to expand our family of paraprofessionals and veterinarians

We are a team of passionate individuals who strive to provide excellent care and service to our patients and clients.

Our clinic offers both general consultations and a wide range of surgeries.

As a **Client Services Officer**, you will be the ambassador of our clinic’s first impressions on the clients. You play a vital role in making clients feel welcomed as well as managing clients concerns and requests with professionalism. Ideally you would be someone who:

- Enjoys working with clients face to face
- Possess excellent customer service
- Have a love for animals
- Is a good team player
- Is conscientious with great attention to detail

You will need to posses the following:

- 'O' levels certificate or higher
- Prior customer service experience is a plus

You will be required to work up to 5 days per week (inclusive of one weekend).

As a Client Services Officer you will be performing the following duties, including but not limited to:

- Manage incoming phone calls & directing calls where appropriate
- Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
- Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
- Finalizing invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
- Dispensing medication
- Perform various ad hoc administrative duties
- General house-keeping

**Salary**: From $1800.00 (remuneration commensurate with experience)
