**The Company**

Our client, a US MNC with a history of 60 years in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an HR Manager to join their team due to expansion. This role will take care of 3 countries within the Asia region.

**The Role**

Reporting to the President of HR, you will be tasked with day-to-day HR function as well as HR project related activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the overseas offices on recruitment, payroll, internal controls, manpower planning and budgeting, employee engagement initiatives, as well as taking full responsibilities in regional HR projects and liaising and advising internal stakeholders on HR related matters.

**Your Profile**

You should have a degree in HRM/Business Management, and are IHRP certified, and bring along with you a minimum of 7 years relevant experience. You should have good interpersonal and communications skills, strong stakeholder management skills, with an analytical mindset.
