EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE (COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION)
As an Executive / Senior Executive in the Court Dispute Resolution (CDR) cluster, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the cluster to ensure efficiency and timeliness. You will work closely with the Judicial Officers and Senior Court Administrators in the delivery of high quality justice. Your job will also require you to interact with members of the public, litigants, lawyers, District Judges, Magistrates, Deputy Registrars and other officers of the Court. You will be given opportunities to demonstrate your capabilities and realise your potential through challenging assignments and job rotations in a dynamic and fast-paced operating environment. You may also look forward to learning the different court processes.

**What you will be working on**
- Render support to the Judicial Officers and be responsible for the daily administration of cases in the cluster to ensure that they are processed and managed efficiently.
- Respond and manage policy, operational, procedural issues encountered on the ground or raised by staff and court users.
- Develop operational policies and procedures, conduct research and institutionalise best practices to achieve the targets set for the cluster, and make recommendations to improve the workflows for the effective and efficient operations of the cluster. This includes leveraging technology, enhancing case management systems, and collating and analysing data and statistics to improve the management of hearings and for the purpose of statistical reporting and tracking of statistical trends.
- Review and refine existing processes and procedures as part of the continuous effort for work improvement.
- Work closely with State Courts’ stakeholders in developing technological tools to enhance the overall work processes in the CDR cluster.
- Assist in the training of officers to improve their knowledge of court procedures and case management practices and systems and maintain proper records for knowledge management purposes.
- Engage other clusters within the State Courts on operational matters.
- Provide input for cross-cluster projects.

**What we are looking for**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administration and operations is preferred.
- Working experience in the Courts, law firms or legal departments would be an advantage.
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and well-organised.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, multi-task and demonstrate good teamwork.
- Able to adapt to changes, respond to challenges and opportunities and be solution oriented.
