**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- providing customer service at the Registry in a timely, efficient and professional manner as well as co-ordinating the efforts of the different sections to facilitate seamless delivery of quality service to our court users;
- providing end to end administrative support for cases which come through Registry (i.e. managing file movements and arrangements, retrieving of correspondence, classifying new and existing cases for follow up), including providing administrative support to the mediators;
- updating and maintaining documents, databases and systems accurately and timely;
- handling day - to
- day system requests and enquiries received from government agencies/litigants/members of the public;
- recommending and overseeing arrangements for timeline transfer, archival, destruction of files and records based on space, regulatory and work requirements;
- giving suggestions to improve existing workflows as well as updating SOPs within the Registry;
- conducting relevant analysis and assessment of information to prepare preliminary reports and submissions; and
- any other duties as assigned.
