Reporting to the Operations director, you will source and manage our suppliers and business partners. You will also drive creative solutions through leveraging capabilities of partners. You support creative in production and delivery of specified jobs (esp. advertising, events, digital, technology development and video).

In this role, you will:

- Plug gaps in identified partnership areas and deepen existing strategic partnerships
- Qualify partners on ESG criteria
- Work closely with the creative team on production needs, incl.
- Contacting and contracting production partners and freelancers
- Negotiating costs, scope and timelines on both sides
- Driving accurate delivery (incl. advertising submissions, organising press checks, arranging proofs and approvals)
- Recommend production solutions to internal stakeholders
- Pre-empt and solve production issues
- Ensure accurate financial management, incl. sourcing for quotes, filing invoices and timely payment

Having worked in creative environments, you enjoy the process of seeing creative visions come to live. You are excited by the possibilities digital brings, from innovative apps to A.I. experiences. And enjoy creative collaborations with these partners. You also appreciate the artistry and craft of different print techniques and tools.

Detail-oriented, you scrutinise everything twice....okay, three times. If there is anyone who can spot a 1mm difference, it is you. Poor binding and faded hoardings irritate you. You believe in clarity and pre-emptive discussion, leaving no room for misunderstanding. You believe in being fair, and enjoy solving problems with equitable outcomes for agency, clients and partners. Elevating stress and creating win-win motivate you.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of relevant agency / creative experience, in production, project management, account management or creative services
- Technical understanding of print, digital, video, photography processes
- Knowledge in ESG and A.I. development a plus
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills
- Strong eye for details
- Highly numerate, with strong negotiations skills
- Awesome personality, creative and collaborative
- Strong contacts with creative folks ; freelancers etc.
- Enjoy boutique agency work environment where it may be small but energetic
