Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive our partnerships in Singapore and Australia.

  • Lead business development for the region, overseeing partnerships with banks, fintechs, consumer tech companies, and other high-scale partners.
  • Grow Retail business, financial services & loyalty efforts, and core trading business through strategic product partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships across payments, fintech, consumer tech, and crypto-native platforms.
  • Deepen our footprint in local financial ecosystems by building executive relationships with key players.
  • Act as a thought partner to product teams by providing market intelligence, competitive insight, and partner feedback into product roadmaps.
  • Identify and unlock emerging growth areas, such as new trading paradigms or next-gen card products tailored to APAC user behavior.
  • Lead complex deal negotiations from first pitch through execution, balancing speed, creativity, and risk management.
  • Represent us externally in partner meetings, industry events, and regulatory conversations, helping position us as a responsible and innovative player in the APAC crypto ecosystem.
  • Track, measure, and communicate the business impact of partnerships, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing through to integration and ongoing performance.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial infrastructure landscape in Singapore and Australia, as well as a proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end.

What We Look For In You:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships roles, ideally in fintech, payments, consumer tech, or crypto.
  • Strong understanding of the financial infrastructure landscape in Singapore and Australia.
  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action; energized by ambiguity and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Highly structured communicator and strategic thinker, able to synthesize complexity and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Deep empathy for the end user and a knack for identifying product-market fit in diverse markets with different consumer behaviors.
  • Comfortable toggling between strategic priorities and tactical execution, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes.
  • Passion for crypto and our mission, with curiosity to learn about new products, use cases, and technologies as the industry evolves.
