**Responsibilities**:

- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Process customers’ orders and periodic follow up on orders with regular customers
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Collect customer information to identify and assess customers' needs in order to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Process Technology / Applied Chemistry
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration, customer service, logistic or shipping department
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different cultures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Independent yet strong team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Willingness to work on Jurong Island; company transport provided
