About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling reception-related duties for customers, general administrative duties for the store, and accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Assist with daily operations of the store, including managing inventory and processing transactions
  • Accompany executives on visits to Japan and provide interpretation services as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as customer service or administration
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Japanese language skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • BASIC computer literacy skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Able to work until around 11:00 p.m. on a regular basis
