Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries via email or phone with excellent customer service level. You will also ensure all orders via email, fax and online are processed accurately and efficiently according to customer's requirements.

You will provide prompt updates on delivery status to necessary stakeholders and customers. Additionally, you will process sales orders, delivery orders and reward system redemptions. Ensuring that all delivery orders are processed and forwarded to necessary stakeholders for fulfillment efficiently is also a key responsibility of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year related experience preferably
  • Able to follow up all enquiries and sales order accurately and efficiently
  • High customer satisfaction level
  • Good command of written English
  • Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Good team player with competence communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate
