**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will be doing**
- Handle customers’ enquiries promptly
- Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
- Prepare shipping, LCL, FCL documentation
- Co-ordinate with import operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
- Co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
- Responsible for closing of files every month
- Supervise CSE & CSO, act as their first escalation point
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Line Manager

**Team Management**
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
- Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
- Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
- Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with 2 years of team management experience (airfreight / seafreight)
- Proficient in MS Office & able to work independently
- Able to handle high volume of shipment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
