**Position Purpose**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Territory.
- The executive secretary must be highly organized, possess extreme attention to detail and be able to think quickly on their feet and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- The executive secretary must also be able to handle confidential material in a professional and responsible manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing dedicated, administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Territory for ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards.
- Responsible to produce reports or presentations as when required.
- Ready to take up ad hoc tasks.

**Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)**
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in secretarial role
- Acquired practical experience working in an international banking work environment
- Possess good stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills, ability to work independently, and problem solver
- Good team player with strong ability to work with multiple teams within a highly dynamic matrix organization.
- Possess a logical, positive, and open mind-set
