**Job Summary**

The HR Talent Partner is responsible for delivering the talent strategy, aligned with the organizational goals relative to succession planning, retention, DE&I and employee engagement. Our HR Talent Partners are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven, build relationships and act as a thought leader on talent and organizational strategy.

This role reports to the Regional HR Lead, Global Operations System (GOS) Southeast Asia and will partner with business and site HR leaders, as well as other Communities of Expertise (COE) within the Company. The HR Talent Partner will provide strategy, technical expertise, and career advancement support aligned with global and local goals. This role will also act as HR Business Partner to our Business Groups in Singapore.

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Delivers action-oriented talent processes aligned with GOSs business and global talent strategies in the region.
- Works with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to gain insight into short
- and long-term business needs and current talent challenges.
- Analyzes Talent data and provides feedback / recommendations on talent challenges and information gained in meetings such as Talent and Culture Councils, HR staff meetings, as well as provide consultative support for future strategies, programs and talent calibrations.
- Partner with HR Communities of Expertise (COE) including Learning & Development, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition on projects related, but not limited to, attracting, and retaining talent, employee engagement and surveys, organizational effectiveness and design, recognition, as well as employee well-being.
- Partner with assigned client groups to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and proactively resolve HR and business issues and provide solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle. These shall include labor relations, employment, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning.
- The role will be the prime contact for all COE activities and will be the conduit in working with the GOS HR Business Partners ensuring the COE programs and HR initiatives are implemented effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum years of experience in role:

- Proven HR and talent development experience in a multi-national manufacturing or commercial environment, preferably with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity; and
- At least 2 years proven experience in managing change / HR integration and/or HR transformation project; and
- Willing to work in a machining manufacturing environment (air-conditioned)
