Senior Executive (Talent)

In this role, you will manage the talent development portfolio which broadly includes the following:

- Implement and review talent development, policies, systems and processes
- Communicate the rationale and purpose behind the frameworks, policies and initiatives to various levels of stakeholders to gain buy-in
- Analyse the talent pipeline strength, identify gaps and recommend interventions to further strengthen the bench strength for key positions within DSO
- Support the engagement activities for DSO’s talent pool

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary background in human resources, business or related field
- Strong analytical skills to analyse information, identify problems and propose solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Specifically, we are looking for the ability to communicate with influence and present ideas clearly and succinctly
- Meticulous because you have to manage confidential and personal data
- Passionate about developing an enduring career for staff and grooming future leaders
