Position Qualifications:
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfilment of DNV’s Purpose, Vision and Value, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across geographical areas and business areas working with Customers of Offshore Classification.
- Continuously identify and develop sales opportunities to capture new business and keep track of customers’ existing contract portfolios to ensure renewal of agreements within due date. Take the lead and rigorously drive the strategy and actions towards capturing those opportunities.
- Organise customer activities and internal meetings.
- Assume responsibilities as (KAM) Key Account Manager for assigned customers.
- Lead and support the formal process of customer satisfaction review and on an ongoing basis identify and cascade within the organisation any major challenges and concerns. Follow-up with the findings and ensure that related improvement activities are executed.
- Pro-actively stay up to date with industry, market trends, technology trends and best practices.
- Pro-actively stay up to date with DNV products, services and processes to remain relevant towards customers.
- Be responsible for the accuracy of customer master data and activity data.
- Support resolving critical invoicing claims and follow up critical accounts receivables in close cooperation with Finance team to ensure timely payment and solution.
**Position Qualifications**:
- Driven and goal orientated.
- 7+ years of experience required for the role and with a relevant Bachelor degree.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Forwarding thinking, innovative and solution-oriented attitude. Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer engagement and interaction skill.
- Excellent knowledge of maritime offshore industry and offshore classification.
The role will require close co-operation with the relevant DNV Area Managers, Approval Centre Managers, Production Managers, Business Development Managers and KAMs.
- Cross Business Area Collaborations will also be a key element of success.
- Applicant must be fluent in English (oral and written) and possess excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Proven record of working internationally and with different cultures and languages will be added advantage.
- Inspired by working autonomously and by taking leadership and ownership.
- International travel required.
