Singapore Keppel Offshore & Marine Full time

Manage and assist manage bid/tender/proposal deliverables from various internal departments so that to ensure timely submission
- Assist in leading and building of a high standard BD & Marketing team to serve the business unit, the Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM) Group and customers in line with Group business objectives and commitments.
- Support the department managers in providing timely and credible market information in order for Executive Management to make prudent decisions
- Support the department managers in marketing campaigns like major industry events, conferences and roadshows, as well as in the identification and evaluation of new market potential and business opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communications, and to assist department managers and Executive Management in the planning of customer visits
- Provide market research and support the department managers in the review strategies to spearhead future growth of the Company's business
- Review marketing practices to improve customer satisfaction and maintain competitiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements**:

Degree in Engineering/ Sciences/ Business/ Marketing or any technical discipline
- At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in offshore and marine industry
- Possess a good understanding of company's present market focus and business plans
- Possess keen interest in offshore renewables/infrastructure market.
- Possess sound understanding of contractual matters, protocol and relationship building with clients
- Possess strong business and commercial acumen
- Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational and team skills
- Possess leadership skill to lead, coach and motivate staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- _Fully vaccinated means individuals have completed the full regime of an approved COVID-19 Vaccine, including the respective post-vaccination period to ensure the vaccine has become full effective, according to prevailing vaccination guidelines as advised by Ministry of Health (MOH)._
