Offshore Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Business Development Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) through strategic networking, referrals, and market research.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with offshore clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design customized financial solutions that align with clients' unique needs.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partnering closely with internal teams to leverage referrals and exclusive banking offers for offshore clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with advisory procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements while adhering to our internal policies and business processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in acquiring and managing HNW clients, with a strong understanding of offshore banking and wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, establish rapport, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate financial concepts and customized banking solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless banking experiences.
  • Deep market awareness, staying updated on financial trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting offshore clients.
