Job Title : Offshore Asset Management Director

Job Description & Requirements

1. Job Responsibilities
- Familiar with the operation characteristics and regional working characteristics of offshore assets and equipment such as Drilling vessel, Jack-up platform, wind power installation vessel, Operation and Maintenance vessel, Diving vessel and so on
- Responsible for the overall management of offshore equipment
- Identify and originate Energy Project finance and leasing business opportunities, both with new and existing clients in the region
- Build and develop close partnerships with major China and International leasing companies, Funds, Financial Institutions, and Non-Financial Institutions
- Direct and measurable contribution to meeting department budget targets, managing costs and maintaining profitability
- Assist Management in the planning and organising of Fund Raising activities / Road Show so as to promote Company’s profile and position the economic, operational and strategic objectives of the Company
- Assist Management in the development and execution of the strategic plans with key staff

and regional heads and functions notably Finance, Legal, Commercial and Technical.
- Obtain appropriate information in periodic reports to monitor progress of economic,

operational and strategic objectives and assist with the necessary executive action to implement objectives.
- Assist Management in the formulation of long term plans and policies for the execution

of Company’s plans
- Formulate an appropriate reporting system that meet with the needs of timely and accurate
- review of progress and recommend appropriate action to keep plans on course to completion
- Assist Management in establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and to

maintain good stakeholders’ network
- Prepare and analyse investment opportunities, proposals and commercial proposals
- To carry out and monitor Management’s decisions made on approved targets, budgeted expenditure and any strategic initiatives or policies including the oversight of monthly or periodic operational and financial reports
