Due to their expansion, their headquarters at TAI SENG is currently looking for a
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

**Salary offered**: up to $4500

**Location**: Near Tai Seng MRT

**Work days**: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am - 5.45pm

**Work terms**: Permanent with attractive benefits

Purpose

To drive the Training and Development function and support Organisational Development efforts. He/She is also responsible for staff induction, internship programmes and staff engagement.
Duties/Responsibilities

Training and Development

Assist in the formulation of T&D strategies
Responsible for end to end training matters

Conduct training needs analysis
Formulate and fulfilling Total Learning Plans
Oversee registrations, fundings and post-course evaluations

Ensure training administration, logistics, schedule, venue are adequately prepared
Track and report key training metrics and feedback

Internships/Scholarships

Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning to coordinate internships/scholarships with various departments

Staff Engagement

Ensure onboarding of new staff is effective and efficient through induction and engagement programmes
Plan and execute of staff engagement programmes, company events and other ad-hoc matters
Initiate and organise communication sessions, engagement surveys, teambuilding events and other relevant events

Projects

Undertake organisation wide initiatives/projects such as Job Grade review, Business Excellence projects and policies review

**Requirements**:
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Training and Development
A team player and able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people management skills
