**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing car sharing and car rental company. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target segments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted business development strategies.
- **New Business Identification**:Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- **Partnership Development**:Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, such as hotels, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and collaboration opportunities to expand our customer reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and addressing any concerns.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our car sharing and rental services.
- **Market Expansion**:Identify untapped markets and geographical areas for expansion and devise strategies to penetrate those markets effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- **Networking and Industry Events**:Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a strong professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales performance, and partnership status.
Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the car rental, car sharing, or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
**Salary**: Based on experiences. Negotiable.
