Summary

Procedures team's primary purpose is to ensure accuracy, feasibility and effectiveness of Airline's Ground Handling policy and procedure at the hub and stations.

The team is in charge of the Airline's Ground manuals and is responsible for the preparation, distribution and retention of Instructions used to provide updates to the manuals.

The individual should be able to engage with key stakeholders prior to the implementation of any new procedure and should be conversant with the requirements of the regulatory bodies to ensure procedures and processes fulfil those requirements.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate with our service partners to ensure they are familiar and comply with the Scoot product and policies and are updated of such changes via our continuous training efforts.
- Maximise resources for efficiency and productivity.
- Build relationships with service partners, agencies, and potential partners for the growth of Scoots operational needs.
- Coordinate and engage with various stakeholders across other departments to achieve a favourable outcome taking into regard their best interest.
- Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations manuals (Ground Services Manual (GSM), Cargo Procedures Manual (CPM) & Load Control Manual (LCM)).
- Explore opportunities for Improvement in services delivery and to improve the service delivery of our business model.
- Provide directions, guide teams in product roadmaps, coordinates work within the project team, mentors team members and lead in resolving complexed issued.
- Manage Scoot’s identity across consumer touch points in the airport environment network wide.
- Determine the opportunity or need for change to the customer proposition from a brand perspective by accessing new ideas, market trends, consumer needs, passenger, and staff feedback n the airport environment.
- Review and ensure that various information received by departments, stations, relevant government agencies and authorities are verified and cross-checked before updating stations via the following documents.
- COVID-19 Update.
- Handling of Transit Passengers in Singapore.
- Ensure that our service partners and relevant departments are updated timely of COVID-19 updates which include information on passenger entry, passenger load, seat blocking and aircraft handling requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with CAAS, CAG, SQ to ensure compliance of restrictions and directives.
- Managing the development of ops-tech projects such as monitoring and tracking of progress, planning and sequencing of activities.
- Present analysis and proposed solutions to senior management and various stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders on problem/gap identification and analysis, idea generation, solution design and implementation to resolve pain points and improve service quality & operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Perform user journey mapping & analysis through qualitative methods and quantitative data analysis of key passenger processes, and on-site observations.
- Manage projects handled by procedures and training section

Job Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Meticulous in administrative work
- Excellent time management and organizational skill
- Strong collaboration ability with cross-departmental functions
- Experience in Airport Operations and conversant with operational processes and terminologies used will be advantageous
