**Job Description**:
Manage existing customer accounts and grow new accounts to meet set target
Close follow up with existing or new customers on after-sales maintenance package renewal or new enquiries
Answering of all incoming calls and visitors
Schedule of daily work flow
Coordinate activities of servicing and maintenance
Attend to customer's enquiries and problem solving
Liaise with service team members and follow up with repair status
Live chat on customer's requirement
Follow up with customers regularly after work completion
Collection of customer's feedback on service level
Coordinate on delivery, prepare quotation/invoice/delivery order
Liaise with warehouse on daily inventory update in system
Maintenance of customers' database & update of daily reports
Preparation of basic documentation, eg. packing list, calculation of weight & volume
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:
1-2 years experience in sales or customer service environment
"O"/"A"/Nitec in office skills or business related disciplines
New entry without experience who possess the drive to excel are welcome
Good communication skill and full of initiative in work assigned
Possess can "do" attitude and a good team contributor
Multi-tasker, hardworking, independent under minimum supervision
Computer literate in MS Office, Google Outlook, etc...
Bubbly & lively personality
Comfortable to work in SME environment
Singaporean only
Those who can start immediately will be highly preferred
