Singapore REGENCY STEEL ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description**:
1) The regional sales manager is resposible for sourcing, marketing and sales of physical steel product (Long and Flat), and to implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics based on Japan head office mission and instruction together with the Japanese CEO in Singapore office.

2) Monitor market trend, to identify business opportunity and to develop new trade channels.

3) Prepare market reports and presentations, where required.

4) Build and maintain good relationship and rapport with clients and vendors.

5) Travel at short notice when required.

6) Responsible for company KPI & P&L

7) Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Procuremen teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.

Requirement:
1) Degree in quantitative/technical discipline is preferred.

2) Minimum of 5 year working experience in steel/engineering/trading or similar industry.

3) Excellent analytical and quantitative skill

Possess strong sense of responsibility

Ability to think fast and work well while under pressure.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.

6) Fluency in Japanese, English and Chinese, both written and spoken to handle exiting customers / new enquiries from Japanese and Chinese speaking clients from Japan & China.

7) Passion for communicating, negotiating, and developing close relationships with people

8) Understanding of sales or procurement in the global trade business
