- Identify and generate new business opportunities, including up-selling, add-ons, and cross-selling to maximize customer growth.
- Serve as an expert on the company's platform, deeply understanding its features and value proposition.
- Consult with customers to optimize their internal processes, driving change and promoting the platform within their organization.
- Develop and implement promotional programs within customer organizations to boost awareness and platform usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and provide customer feedback for product improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in enterprise account management, with a strong sales and relationship-building track record.
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that drive growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative approaches to customer challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or similar solutions is an advantage.
